A 250-family Jewish congregation was losing rabbinic time to inbox work, member notes, bulletin preparation and inconsistent follow-up. mosAIQ organized the administrative work while keeping pastoral care with the rabbi.

Attendance changes, lifecycle events, annual-fund gifts, pastoral requests and member notes lived across ShulCloud, email and staff memory. Families could miss several Shabbat services, donors could wait for acknowledgment, and sensitive needs could remain buried in the inbox.
Repeated absences, membership-renewal risk, a bereavement, illness or other lifecycle event created a private follow-up task for the rabbi or designated staff member.
The system prepared welcome sequences, annual-fund acknowledgments, event reminders and bulletin inputs in the congregation’s voice, with Shabbat and holiday scheduling built in.
Grief, illness, crisis and confidential matters were never auto-answered. They were escalated with the relevant household history so the rabbi could respond personally and promptly.
